We went on a road trip to the USA to choose the best Surlyn manufacturer– Back to UK, compression was the second hurdle (beside jet-lag). We needed a low compression ball to mitigate the firmness of Surlyn while keeping it within budget. After drowning in chemistry books and testing several materials, we finally chose an inner eco-friendly rubber core that provides an exceptionally low 55 compression rate for increased elasticity and more speed on mid and short shots– Finally, with fluid mechanics simulation, we uniquely engineered the QV enhanced aerodynamic dimple design to minimize drag effect and deviations offering stable flight, fantastic speed ball & great extra-distanceWell, it wasn’t economically viable.We chose one simple packaging design (no useless sleeves and no plastic), chose to never ship by Air and to have no intermediary.
