A good product for a reasonable price. The only problem that I had was that the metal clips were too small to attach to my bag. However I was able to fix this so am able to use it. The shoulder pad is very comfortable and I have been able to use it. Itâs saved me from needing a new bag. Was also amazed at the speed it was delivered as it arrived the day after Iâd ordered it.The only complaint I have is that IMHO the box was far too big for the product that came in it.Other than that well done.

Perfect for purpose This is perfect for application. My existing strap on my new messenger bag was too short this one extends to a perfect length. Quality is good only time will tell how it wears. Very happy!!
