Quite helpful This book is quite helpful, but I was surprised at the lack of mention of other modalities that can help with sports injuries. For example PEMF therapy and Red Light therapy. One would have thought that a professional physiotherapist would be aware of the existence of such things especially since they are being used more and more by professional sports people. Good, simple, exercises. I am sure the book will do as it states, but I hope it will take me another 30+ years to find out.The exercises are good and will certainly help maintain flexibility. Adding these to some HIIT for weight loss will certainly benefit my game.
