Classic Golf History This is a book that every golf enthusiast should read. It tells the harrowing story of Old Tom Morris and his family and of the enthralling matches on the links at that time. Very interesting and well written.

Enjoyable and informative A very well written and sympathetic account of Golf’s pioneering greats. A must read for all golf fans. As a Scot it aroused in me a real pride in the Morris men’s (and other’s) achievements. Thank you Mr Cook, as old Tom would say, ‘you’re a real gentleman’.
